VOCALLS, a Czechia-based cloud-based voice-first conversational AI and automation platform company was acquired by AI-powered conversation intelligence solution provider CallMiner to enhance its ability to extract insights from customer conversations and efficiently automate interactions using advanced AI.
Captiv8, a US-based leader in AI-powered social commerce and influencer marketing solutions, was secured by the French multinational giant Publicis for $175 million at 5.5 times revenue. This acquisition will help integrate Captiv8’s scale and services with Epsilon’s identity and activation technology under Publicis’s “Category of One” strategy.
