As valuations are concerned, the highest representative exit multiple reached 30 times sales in the Marketing Automation subsector followed by Online Marketing & E-Commerce space at 15 times sales. Looking at Lead Management, this space saw a median exit multiple of 10.8 times sales, followed by Digital Billboard Advertising at 4.8 times sales, Customer Engagement Management at 2.6 times sales and Referral Marketing at 2.5 times sales. The median disclosed M&A exit multiple was 2.5 times sales, in line with public peers' valuations.
