Marketing and AdTech Buyers by Geography

The vast majority of buyers were based in the US as well, representing 53% of the total, followed by United Kingdom at 10%. Additionally, acquirers were based in Canada, France, Japan, India, Netherlands, Sweden, Germany, Italy, and elsewhere. Overall, dealmaking remained highly international, with 35% of transactions classified as cross-border.

Looking at sellers by geography, 52% of target companies were US-based, followed by the United Kingdom at 10%. Most of the remaining sellers were located in Canada, France, Japan, Germany, India, Netherlands, Brazil, and Australia.
